Important!: New children's product safety laws go into effect February 10, 2009. Please go to the CPSC website and read Guidance on the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) for Small Businesses, Resellers, Crafters and Charities to see how the new law affects you. Pay special attention to Table C. Sellers are responsible for making sure their items are in compliance. If you are unsure about a particular item, do not submit it for resale!
